What is your role on the Pedestal Foods team at Lindenwood University?
I set up serving stations and run them during meal times.
What do you love about your job?
I love seeing everything come together.
What’s the most challenging part of your job?
Supervising a busy team and making sure we’re putting out the best, safest, most delicious food possible.
What would people be surprised to learn about you?
I’m a workout nut.
What’s the most important thing you’ve learned in this position?
Patience.
What’s the most important piece of advice you’ve ever received?
“Be Safe.”
If you could be a teacher of something, what would it be?
I’d teach something culinary for sure.
What five words would your colleagues use to describe you?
Helpful, patient, funny, outgoing, always on time
What’s a new skill you would like to learn, or an interest you’d like to develop further? How do you want to grow?
I’d like to learn how to make sushi.
What is something you can do better than anyone else you know?
Multi-task.
