Gratitude is one of Pedestal Foods® core values and is the heartbeat of our culture. You’ve heard the phrase “attitude of gratitude” before, but what does it really mean? In the Pedestal Foods family, it means appreciating the blessings around you every day and reflecting that gratitude into the world around you through the work we do together.

Just like any other habit, gratitude is a mindset that requires practice. One way to get in the gratitude habit is to list three things you’re thankful for each day in a gratitude journal or during your daily prayers and meditation. Maybe it’s being thankful for good weather, easy traffic, or the food in your refrigerator; starting small and learning to appreciate the little things plants the seed for the gratitude habit.
